These terms govern your use of janehub.my.id. This site is a pre-launch information page and a business waitlist. It is not a financial service, and joining the waitlist does not create a customer relationship with PT Solusi Anak Sakti.

Who these terms are with
This site is operated by PT Solusi Anak Sakti, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. “We” means PT Solusi Anak Sakti and “you” means the person accessing the site.
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What this site does, and does not, do
This site provides information about Janehub, which is in development, and accepts business contact details for a launch waitlist.
Janehub is not available. No payment service, custody of funds, exchange or other financial service is offered through this site. Nothing here is an offer, solicitation or commitment.
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. Digital assets fluctuate in value and carry a risk of loss.
Displayed rates are indicative
Exchange rates and cost calculations are read from CoinGecko and shown for illustration only. They are not quotes, not offers, and not binding.
Comparison figures for cards, currency exchange and bank wires use markups commonly published by providers of those services. They are not quoted from any named company.
Plan prices and margins shown are targets, not promises. Final pricing will be published before launch.
Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your company. You may not use the site if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive United Nations sanctions, or appear on an applicable sanctions list.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at a scale that burdens the service, submit an email address you do not control, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, layout, code and the Janehub marks, belongs to PT Solusi Anak Sakti or its licensors.
Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and network and asset names are trademarks of their respective owners, named descriptively with no implied affiliation.
Third-party services
This site reads exchange-rate data from CoinGecko and is served through Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from its use, including loss from decisions taken on the basis of indicative rates. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may change these terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be signalled on this site.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and disputes are resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia, without prejudice to any right a consumer has under local law. Where translations differ in interpretation, the English version governs.
