How we set prices

01

The rate is shown before you pay

Merchant, amount, what leaves your balance, the rate and the total cost — before you press anything.

02

One number to compare

Our margin is inside the rate, so the rate is the only figure you need.

03

Tiers are published

The more you move, the cheaper the rate. Tiers are written down here.

04

One-off fees cover real costs

Physical cards, delivery and business verification have real costs. We pass them on at cost.

Questions about fees

Why is the fee not a separate line?

Because the margin is already inside the rate. A separate line would mean paying twice for the same thing.

Can the rate change after I confirm?

No. The rate is locked for 60 seconds. If the lock expires you are asked to confirm again at the new rate.

If a payment fails, am I charged?

No. If the merchant is not paid, your asset is not charged, or it is returned in full.

Can these prices change?

Yes. Every change is announced at least 30 days before it applies.

  1. All rates include applicable taxes unless an invoice states otherwise.
  2. Business rates may differ by volume, sector and risk, and are set out in a written agreement.
  3. Third-party costs outside our control, such as correspondent bank fees, are passed on at cost and shown separately.
  4. This page forms part of the Terms. Where it and your written agreement differ, the agreement applies.
